These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Philippine laws.

The Pisopay.com Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the revised date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy Statement

The Pisopay.com Inc. processes personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. Appropriate organizational, physical, and technical safeguards are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.

Personal Data Collected

While using Hundred Islands iPASS, we collect and process personal information to provide visitor registration services, determine applicable registration fees, discounts, and exemptions, monitor and regulate arrivals, support visitor safety and emergency response efforts, and generate the Boat Passenger Manifest as the official list of passengers for each tour boat going to Hundred Islands National Park.

Such information may include identification, contact, demographic, travel, and other information relevant to the provision of the Services.

Personal information may be shared with authorized entities in connection with the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy and shall be retained for the period required to provide the Services and satisfy applicable record-keeping, auditing, and regulatory requirements.

Boat Services

Boat services paid for through the Hundred Islands iPASS website will be assigned on-site by the Alaminos City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office at its designated service points: Lucap Wharf, Bued Mangrove Eco Park, and Bolo Beach.

Boat allocation and dispatch shall be subject to vessel availability, passenger capacity limits, safety requirements, weather conditions, operational considerations, and management guidelines in force at the time of visit.

Accident Indemnity Coverage

Pursuant to Chapter X of City Ordinance No. 2023-22, otherwise known as the Revised Alaminos City Tourism Code of 2023, and City Ordinance No. 2026-05, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Alaminos City provides accident indemnity coverage to qualified guests.

Any guest, whether a local or foreign national, whose name appears in the duly accomplished manifest form shall be covered by the accident indemnity fund.

Coverage shall take effect upon the completion of the manifest form and shall remain in force throughout the entire voyage. Such coverage shall cease upon the guest's safe return to the port of origin.

The amount of accident indemnity coverage shall be determined in accordance with the provisions and guidelines prescribed under City Ordinance No. 2023-22 and City Ordinance No. 2026-05, and their applicable implementing rules and regulations.

Refund Policy

Registration Fees (Environmental Fee, Entrance Fee, and Coverage Fee) paid through Hundred Islands iPASS are non-refundable. However, re-scheduled and unused bookings may be utilized within six (6) months from the original date of visit.

Boat Rental Fees and "Basura Mo, Iuwi Mo" Deposits shall be refunded on the same day if a scheduled tour is cancelled or suspended before departure due to unfavorable weather conditions, force majeure, natural calamities, or official government advisories.

If the tour has already taken place, only the "Basura Mo, Iuwi Mo" Deposit shall be eligible for refund.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Country for the resolution of any disputes.
